Upon successful payment for digital products, you will receive access via email and through your member portal. Upon successful payment for test kits, your kit will be shipped directly from the relevant laboratory.
All digital products purchased on this site are licensed for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, share, resell, or make available any purchased content to third parties without written permission from Functional Medicine Solution Pty Ltd.
Test kits are fulfilled by third-party laboratories including NutriPATH, Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory, Mosaic Diagnostics, and RN Labs. We facilitate the ordering process. The laboratories are responsible for kit fulfilment, sample processing, and result delivery. We are not liable for laboratory errors, shipping delays, sample rejection, or result accuracy. All test kit purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant laboratory.
Digital products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Test kits: Refunds for test kits are subject to the refund policy of the relevant laboratory. Once a kit has been shipped or a sample has been submitted, refunds may not be available. Contact us and we will assist where possible.
